Are your rentals clean?
All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure your children are playing in a clean, well maintained and safe environment. We use commercial vinyl cleaners, then disinfect and sanitize after each rental, and inspect the unit while we do it.
Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl, and are they safe?
All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it is a requirement, and the safety of your children is our number one priority.
What kinds of parties and events do you rent for?
Birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps and much more.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for it. We do have water-specific units, and those come with a misting or sprinkler system. We provide a 25 foot water hose, though it helps to have your own on hand.
Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
No. Inflatables can be installed on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. Grass setups are anchored with steel stakes, and every other surface uses sandbags.
When do you deliver and pick up?
Delivery runs 9AM to 2PM, and in most cases the equipment arrives a whole day before your event. Pickup is the day after your event, between 9AM and 3PM. If you need a specific window instead, ask about the priority scheduling upgrade.
Do I pay extra to keep it overnight?
No. Overnight is free on all backyard setups.
How much space does a bounce house need?
It depends on the unit. Our combo bounce houses are built for backyards and need an 18 x 22 ft setup area. Tell us where it is going and we will tell you what fits.
