If it has been a while since your last appointment, you are in good company. Nothing below is a commitment beyond a conversation.

1. Call, or send the short form

   The front desk answers Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside those hours, leave a message or send the request form on this page and ask for a callback.

2. Say what you need and what insurance you carry

   A cleaning, a specific tooth that hurts, or a question about braces or Invisalign, it all helps them book the right amount of time. Have your insurance card handy so they can tell you what your plan covers here.

3. Come in and get a plan

   Expect an exam and a conversation about what, if anything, needs doing, in what order, and what it will cost, before any work is scheduled.
